The Spirt of the Sea is Thalassoria itself.
Not a creature that inhabits its waters, nor a Guardian watching over them, but the sea in its oldest and purest form.
Discovered during a moment of complete stillness, when the familiar colours of the water seemed to fall away until only pearl, white and silver remained.
There was nothing separate to follow or observe.
It was simply the sea revealing itself as it truly is.

The creatures of the sea do not regard it as separate from the water around them. It is present in every tide, every current and every hidden depth.
Only rarely does the sea seem to reveal that nature so clearly - its colours softening to pearl and silver, its movement quietening, and everything beneath the surface seeming to become part of one living whole.
The Spirit cannot be found in one place.
It is the sea from which every discovery begins.
