Virentis was discovered in the shallows beyond one of Thalassoria’s oldest submerged forests, where great ribbons of seagrass twist beneath the tide.
The first sign of Virentis was the sea itself. Areas damaged by storms had begun to recover - fresh growth appearing across the seabed. Following that trail deeper into the seagrass, revealed an emerald seahorse amongst the greenery - calm and watchful.
